Arrival day. Settle in, meet the other women, enjoy the peaceful ranch setting, and join Rosanne for an intimate VIP welcome dinner. This evening sets the tone for the powerful days ahead.
April 2nd & 3rd
Your two full retreat days.
These days include transformative workshops, reflection time, grounding practices, movement, powerful conversations, and plenty of open space for clarity. All meals are prepared by our private chef so you feel nourished and supported from the inside out.
April 4th
A grounding and meaningful closing session in the morning to help you integrate your insights, set your next steps, and return home feeling clear, renewed, and ready for your next chapter.

Rosanne Callens is a mother, mentor, and Executive Career Strategist who knows exactly what it feels like to give everything to everyone and then realize you have forgotten yourself along the way.
After years of leading, supporting, and holding it all together, Rosanne created Operation YOU to help women, especially women 40+, finally take a breath, come home to themselves, and reconnect with the version of themselves they have quietly missed.
She is known for her ability to turn those 1,000 open tabs in your mind into clarity, direction, and a feeling of peace you did not realize you were craving.
Her retreats blend heartfelt conversations, gentle reflection, joyful laughter, and practical guidance that lead to real transformation.

Room Type & Cost
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to the start date. Payments can be set up for all balances at the time of registration. Prices are PER PERSON.
Changes/Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and emergencies come up. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy.
- No Refunds: all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes. This includes family, health, death, and other emergency situations.
- Travel Insurance: To protect your investment, travel insurance is required (and easy to get!) in order to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We don’t ask for proof of insurance, as it is for your own protection due to our no-refund policy.
